Personal Development

The program started in 2012, at a time when millions were forced to leave Syria to seek refuge, resulting in Syrian youth being disbursed all over the world and adapting to new cultures, languages, and systems. Once there, many Syrian youths faced difficulties in accessing opportunities to join higher education, through lack of financial means, or lack of clarity around application systems, and also difficulties in finding skilled jobs, due to differences in ways of finding jobs, lack of network, and differences in skill sets.
