Hani Alsafadi

Hani K. Safadi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, development projects, and life skills. He began his journey as a volunteer in 2008 where he contributed to raising children's rights in Syria. During the past 10 years, he is focusing on development works towards individuals and local communities in Lebanon and Syria, in collaboration with several local and international non-profit organizations. In 2023, Hani led a team of creative, ambitious, and hardworking people to develop and deliver projects in the fields of peacebuilding, social cohesion, women empowerment, micro-sustainability, and cultural heritage. Besides his development efforts, Hani is a life skills expert; he co-authored the published study "The first life skills intervention to enhance well-being amongst university students in the Arab World", a coaching series delivered to university students based on a curriculum he designed himself. Hani is interested in the fields of personal development, socio-economic development, micro and macro sustainability, and peacebuilding.
