Kinda Shahin

I am Kinda Shahin, Syrian, and I finished high school in Syria in 2023. My academic journey continues by receiving a scholarship at UWC Mostar in September 2023. Previously, I joined the Aflateen program in 2021 in Syria and the Aflatoun international program in 2022. I was a part of the youth club and a member of the debate team at Sliebeh Community Center for 3 years. I worked as a translator and content writer for many companies, and then I worked as a user tester online. I play the guitar and paint in my free time. I speak Arabic, English, a little Italian, and Russian, and currently, I am learning Spanish. For the Bachelor's degree, I aim to study Global politics and then conflict resolution in the near future. My main goal in life is to be a changemaker and to be a part of the international society that discusses global issues and tries to solve them. I also consider being an author later in life.
