Dania Alkhadraa

My name is Dania Alkhadraa, and I am an AI Engineer, tech enthusiast, and education advocate. My passion for AI in education ignited when I volunteered with the Robotics Club as a Co-manager, organizing the Robotics Day event to build a robotics community among Syrians. As an AI mentor, I guided graduates at the Be-in-Tech event to launch their AI careers, instructed a Python course in the Women-in-Tech program, and judged the national Codeavour competition. My professional journey includes developing an automatic proofreader for Arabic and contributing to Intelligent Document Processing solutions. These experiences strengthened my belief in AI's potential to tackle educational challenges and shaped my goals to create AI systems that deliver personalized, high-quality learning experiences and integrate AI literacy into the K-12 curriculum, preparing students for future challenges and essential AI skills. My vision involves connecting Syrians to elevate AI research standards and collaborating to rehabilitate our country.
