Saad Baroud

Saad has a Master's in Political Science and International Relations. and a Master’s in Aircraft and Aerospace Engineering. He has experience in the Humanitarian and Development Sector in the Syrian response with a focus on Advocacy, donor relations, and Engagement with UN structures. He engaged in different local initiatives, including Voice Forum for Displaced Syrians (VDSF) as Chairperson, and NGO Forum as a steering committee member. Saad is a board member of ‘Nexus Action’ and ‘The Observatory of Political and Economic Networks (OPEN).
