Bassam Issa

Bassam has worked at the intersection of the humanitarian and finance sectors for several years across local and international programs in Lebanon, Iraq and Syria. Previously, he was the Finance Manager and Program Officer for Nonviolent Peaceforce’s Syria program and Finance Trainer for NP’s project in Iraq. Bassam is certified in finance training for NGOs, USAID proposal development, high-risk environment operations & survival, unarmed civilian protection, and monitoring & evaluation. He studied computer science at the Lebanese International University and has a diploma of Human Rights and Forced Displacement from the University of Peace.
