Announcing 19 Scholarships for Syrians for 2024

At Jusoor, we are constantly striving to provide Syrian scholars with a diverse range of opportunities for higher education. With that in mind, we are extremely thrilled to announce our most extensive collection of scholarships yet: 19 scholarships to start in the academic year 2024-2025. These scholarships will enable Syrian prospective students to pursue their education at various prestigious universities worldwide.

1. Jusoor-Chevening Scholarship | Three fully-funded scholarships will be awarded to Syrian and Syrian-Palestinian scholars, in any discipline, for a Master’s degree at one of the top 50 Universities in the United Kingdom - Deadline: November 7th, 2023.
   
   
2. Jusoor-Cambridge Scholarship | One fully-funded scholarship will be awarded to a Syrian or Syrian-Palestinian scholar, in any discipline, for a Master’s degree at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom - Deadline: Varies by program, applications go through Cambridge University.
   
   
3. Jusoor-AUB Scholarship | Two fully-funded scholarships will be awarded to Syrian and Syrian-Palestinian scholars, residing in Lebanon, for a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the American University in Beirut - Deadline: Please refer to the AUB website
   
   
4. Jusoor-Exeter Scholarship | Two fully-funded scholarships will be awarded to Syrian and Syrian-Palestinian scholars, in the Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy, for a Master’s degree at Exeter University in the United Kingdom - Deadline: March 28th, 2024.
   
   
5. Jusoor-PIESC Scholarship | Two fully-funded scholarships will be awarded to Syrian scholars for any of the Bachelor’s degrees offered at the liberal arts school Bard College Berlin as part of the Program of International Education and Social Change (PIESC) - Deadline: January 15th, 2024.
   
   
6. Jusoor-MUBS Scholarship | Four fully-funded scholarships will be awarded to Syrian students, already residing in Lebanon, for a Bachelor’s degree, in various STEM fields, at the Modern University of Business and Science in Lebanon. Deadline: July 31, 2024 (Applicants must have already applied to MUBS in the desired program before applying for the scholarship)
   
   
7. Jusoor Open Call Scholarship | Up to five scholarships will be awarded to Syrian and Syrian-Palestinian scholars who have been admitted to a university in North America or Europe and have been awarded a scholarship from the university that will fully cover tuition and partially cover living expenses. Jusoor is offering this scholarship to fill the gap for students who still need more funds for travel (visa,, flight, healthcare fees) only.  Deadline: April 15th, 2024.
