It is with great pleasure that we release Jusoor’s 2023 Annual Report. Highlights of 2023

Our Refugee Education Program is offering 12 of our Refugee Education Center teachers a three-semester 24-credit certified diploma in ‘Education in Emergencies’ at the Modern University for Business and Science (MUBS).

Our Scholarships Program in 2023 saw our biggest cohort of scholars ever with 40 university and international Baccalaureate scholars along with 160 High School Scholars in Lebanon. Not only that, but later in the year we also announced our largest scholarship announcement yet offering 21 scholarships in various universities such as Cambridge University, American University of Beirut, and University of Exeter to name a few.

In other news, our Entrepreneurship Program has managed to get our online incubator for Startups accredited as an educational program by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD Global) under its Online Course Certification System (EOCCS). The accreditation of our online incubator program means that the beneficiaries of our upcoming Entrepreneurship projects will receive an accredited certification, opening avenues for them for partnerships, investment as well as valuable accelerated business education.

We are also happy to share the stories of six incredible children, scholars, and entrepreneurs who have benefited from our programs. These stories offer a glimpse into the potential that awaits Syrian and Arab youth when given the opportunity. From innovations in Exoskeletons and organic fertilizers to changing narratives around healthcare management and mental health to stories of displaced children getting a second chance at education – we can’t wait for you to get to know them.
